The Every Person Influences Children (EPIC) program will be hosting an in-person RULER workshop for Monticello families on Tuesday, March 14 at 6:00PM at Cooke Elementary School.
Participants will gather for to hear “Meta-Moment: Part 1” and learn tools and strategies on how to identify positive responses to strong, unpleasant feelings. Cooke Elementary SEW Facilitator Elisa Mendels will be leading the workshop.
Attendees will also discuss:
- Overview: Four anchor tools of RULER
- What is a Meta-Moment?
- How to use a Meta-Moment
