The Blueprint for Excellence is Monticello Central School District’s strategic plan for 2026–2028. Developed with input from students, families, staff, community members, district leaders and the Board of Education, it provides a shared roadmap for the district’s continued growth and improvement.
The Blueprint identifies specific action steps, timelines and district leaders responsible for advancing each of its three priority areas: Excellence in Learning and Instruction, Engaged and Empowered Learners, and Operations. These actions address areas including high-quality instruction, student support, curriculum, technology, enrichment opportunities, student voice, staff recruitment and retention, communication, community engagement and fiscal responsibility.
The Blueprint is designed to be an evolving plan. Progress updates will be shared with the Board of Education, staff and community, and the district will review and update its priorities as needs and opportunities change.
