On February 12, the sixth-grade Band and String Orchestra students at Robert J. Kaiser Middle School had the exciting opportunity to see the famed New York Philharmonic perform live at Lincoln Center in New York City!
The interactive concert, titled “Music for America”, was held at the prestigious Avery Fischer Hall and featured a vast array of works across the American music spectrum. The experience also featured educational interactions between the orchestra and audience, giving the students a chance to see and experience the music beyond a normal concert offering.
