Sullivan County Public Health Services will host drive-thru flu shot clinic Oct. 15

Sullivan County Public Health Services will hold a drive-thru flu shot clinic on Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the SUNY Sullivan Fieldhouse Parking Lot. Registration is required; please register by visiting the following link: https://apps.health.ny.gov/doh2/applinks/cdmspr/2/counties?DateID=306

Important information: 

  • All those requesting a shot must be pre-registered (register here)
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must have valid photo identification 
  • If you are not feeling well, please do not come to the clinic
  • Temperatures will be taken at registration 
  • You must wear a mask while at the clinic
