Greetings Cooke Families
This is Mr. Palmer with information regarding the distribution of academic work for your children.
Please know that our primary concern is the health and safety of all of our students and staff.
The Faculty and staff have been busy preparing appropriate academic practice and review for your children during this time. The materials will be ready and available for you to receive curb side at the Cooke school on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in the following manner:
Parents will pull up in front of the school during their assigned times, staying in their vehicle.
A faculty or staff member will approach the vehicle and ask for the name or names, and grade levels of your students.
The faculty or staff member will radio into the school for those names and staff will bring the packets out to the vehicle.
The following are the times that will be made available for pick up:
Last names that begin with letters A through I will pick up from 9:00 am until 11:00 am
Last names that begin with letters J through R will pick up from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm
Last names that begin with letters S through Z will pick up from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm
As an example. My last name is Palmer. It begins with P. I would arrive at the Cooke school between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and pull up in line behind the vehicles that are already in line. I will wait patiently for my turn.
If you have a conflict with the assigned delivery time, please call the main office during regular business hours, and notify us. We will do our best to accommodate the need.
