Statement from Superintendent Evans regarding antisemitic graffiti at high school

Earlier today, high school administration became aware of antisemitic graffiti in a bathroom at Monticello High School. The bathroom has been closed to student use and is in the process of being cleaned. MHS guitar students visit Newark High School; meet remarkable musicians

The Monticello High School guitar and classroom music program visited the Newark High School for the Arts to hear Berta Rojas perform classical guitar repertoire and teach a masterclass. KLR STREAM Night a Success!

Students at the Kenneth L. Message from Superintendent Evans regarding antisemitic graffiti found at MHS

Earlier today, administrators became aware of vandalism in boys bathrooms at Monticello High School that contained antisemitic imagery and remarks. The bathrooms were immediately closed for student use. Our administration launched an investigation into the incident and has contacted law enforcement.
