Robert J. Kaiser Middle School celebrates the Class of 2030 at moving up ceremony

Family members, friends, teachers and staff gathered at Monticello High School on June 24 to celebrate the Robert J. Kaiser Middle School Moving Up Ceremony, honoring members of the Class of 2030 as they completed their middle school journey and prepared to begin high school this fall.

The ceremony recognized students for their academic achievements, citizenship, leadership, perseverance and commitment to excellence throughout the school year. Administrators, faculty and families applauded the accomplishments of the eighth-grade class as students reflected on their time at RJK and looked ahead to the opportunities that await them at Monticello High School.

A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Presidential Academic Awards, which recognize students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
