Tiny Town opening for the 2025-26 school year, open house and registration begins week of Oct. 15

Tiny Town, a free program for Monticello residents aged birth to three and their caregivers, is reopening for the 2025-26 school year.

The program, located at 22 St. John Street in Monticello, offers a variety of opportunities for socialization, play, and skills development to help prepare our youngest residents for success in pre-kindergarten and beyond.  

Families may stop in, learn more and register by dropping in during any of the open house/registration periods below. You must bring photo ID, residence ID, electric bill, or school tax bill as proof of residence. Please contact Jane Sorensen at JSorensen@k12mcsd.net with any questions.

Wednesday, October 15 -10:00am-12:00pm @ Tiny Town
Wednesday, October 15- 2pm-4pm @ Tiny Town
Thursday,, October 16 -12pm-2pm @ Tiny Town
Thursday, October 16 – 4pm-6pm @ Tiny Town

October Workshop Dates:

Over the month of October, the program will follow the theme “It’s Pumpkin Day, Mouse!” Workshops are scheduled on the following days: 

1st workshop- Tuesday, October 21
2nd workshop- Wednesday, October 22
3rd workshop- Thursday, October 23
4th workshop- Tuesday, October 28
5th workshop- Wednesday, October 29
6th workshop- Thursday, October 30

Class Times:

Three 45-minute classes are offered per workshop date:

1st class: 10 – 10:45 a.m.
2nd class: 11 – 11:45 a.m.
3rd class: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
