School may be closed but the tulips in the Young Artists’ Garden at Chase Elementary are in full bloom. Students in grades K-5 planted the bulbs in the fall. Their hard work paid off!
Students have been enjoying seeing the bulbs grow and bloom through weekly posted photos to their art class, according to art teacher Laurie Kilgore. The students have also been creating beautiful tulip drawings at home for one of their art lessons.
