The district is aware of a discolored water situation at the George L. Cooke Elementary School. The Village of Monticello Water Department is on site.
The district is providing bottled drinking water to all students and staff. Water fountains have been disabled at this time. Water to the building remains on for bathroom use. Cafeteria meals for today did not require any water for preparation. However, our cooking professionals will use bottled water in the preparation of a meal, if needed.
