SUNY STEP offering coding session on Friday, Dec. 11
SUNY STEP is offering a coding session (Build a Doghouse) Friday, Dec. 11 from 3:30- 4:30 p.m. Students will learn the basics of coding which are moving, drawing, and turning. Ms. Kilcoin’s class mixes science with pumpkins
Students in Mrs. Kilcoin’s class were excited to do a pumpkin activity that was a science experiment. The students observed the pumpkin, drew a diagram of the pumpkin, weighed the pumpkin and measured the height in inches. They then made predictions about the amount of seeds in the pumpkin.
