The Monticello Central School District community is invited to celebrate the creativity and talent of its students at the annual K-12 Art Show, “Creativity Unleashed,” on Thursday, June 4.
The exhibition will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Monticello High School Gymnasium and will feature artwork created by students from across the district, from kindergarten through 12th grade.
The show will highlight the many ways students transform a blank space into something meaningful and unique through a variety of artistic techniques and mediums. Visitors will have the opportunity to view works that have been shaped, carved, sculpted, painted and designed by student artists throughout the school year.
The K-12 Art Show provides a chance for families, staff and community members to experience the imagination, creativity and artistic growth of Monticello students while recognizing the dedication and hard work that goes into each piece.
All district families and community members are encouraged to attend and support the talented young artists whose work will be on display.
