Public access to district facilities has been restored

a young girl is sliding down a slideMonticello Central School District once again welcomes the public to use its facilities, per its policy #1500. Under that policy, the public may access outdoor facilities, such as the track, fields and playgrounds, without reservation, Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. (or 30 minutes past the school’s dismissal time) until dark, unless the facilities are already in use for district purposes.  Use of the facilities is at your own risk.

The district has historically allowed the public to utilize its facilities, however, during the COVID-19 pandemic, public use had been restricted as part of the district’s mitigation plan. With the 2021-22 COVID-19 mitigation plan now expired, the district is pleased to be able to welcome the community back to its facilities.
