The Monticello High School Academy of Finance is once again offering free tax preparation assistance to eligible community members through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program.
This valuable program provides no-cost help to individuals and families with annual incomes of $69,000 or less, helping residents accurately file their tax returns while saving money on professional preparation fees. The service is staffed by trained student volunteers from the Academy of Finance, and supervised by qualified professionals.
