The 2026 Sullivan County Music Educators Association (SCMEA) All County Festival was a resounding success for the music students of MCSD!
The festival, held at Liberty Central School District, welcomed Sullivan County’s top music students across elementary, middle and high schools. After two full days of rehearsals with prominent guest conductors and educators, each group took the stage to perform for enthusiastic audiences of parents, friends, and community members. Monticello students were represented in each of the ensembles, which included Elementary Chorus, Middle School Band, Junior High Jazz Band, Junior High Mixed Chorus, Junior High Treble Chorus, Senior High Orchestra, and Senior High Band. Bravo & Brava to all of the Monticello musicians who performed!
