The Student Center at Monticello High School would like to invite you to participate in a Financial Aid Workshop on Tuesday, Dec. 13 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Representatives from the SUNY Sullivan Office of Financial Aid will be available to help you complete the free financial aid form (FAFSA). This form must be completed in order for a student to qualify for financial aid. Please note that these representatives will assist all families in completing the FAFSA, regardless of where the student plans to attend college.
Please bring the following documents with you to the workshop:
*2021 state and federal tax returns for parents(s) and student
*Social security/alien registration numbers for student and parents(s)
*Student and parent(s) date of birth
