About the MHS PTSO:
The Monticello High School Parent Teacher Student Organization (MHS PTSO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students, families, faculty, and staff at Monticello High School. Our goal is to strengthen the connection between school and community while creating opportunities that enhance the high school experience for all students.
How to join the MHS PTSO:
Joining the MHS PTSO is easy! Parents, guardians, students, teachers, staff, and community members who are interested in supporting Monticello High School are encouraged to participate. Members can become involved by attending meetings, volunteering at events, helping with special projects, or simply sharing ideas and supporting PTSO initiatives. What the MHS PTSO does:
The MHS PTSO works throughout the school year to support programs, events, and opportunities for Monticello High School students. Our efforts focus on recognizing student accomplishments through our signature graduation luncheon named The Final Roar, which creates memorable experiences for graduating seniors.
Our goal is to make students feel connected to and celebrated by their school community. We also work collaboratively with school administration, staff, families, local organizations, and community partners to help bring new ideas and opportunities to MHS.
Who is eligible to join the MHS PTSO?
The MHS PTSO welcomes parents and guardians of MHS students, students, faculty and staff, as well as community members who want to support the students of Monticello High School. We believe a strong school community is built when students, families, educators, and community members work together.
How much does it cost to join the PTSO?
There are no dues. Joining the PTSO is free!
