Dear Monticello Community,
Thank you to everyone who took part in our initial community ThoughtExchange. The feedback we received in this first step of our strategic planning process was strong, thoughtful, and incredibly valuable as we begin reviewing our mission, vision, and core values.
Our next district-wide step is to work with a large group of community, staff, Board of Education and district leaders to develop ideas for how to meet the district’s objectives in each of the areas that we have prioritized.
To that end, we are seeking district residents — with or without children currently enrolled in our schools — who are interested in participating in our community planning day, which will be held Tuesday, April 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Monticello High School cafeteria.
