The Every Person Influences Children (EPIC) program will host a workshop for parents of young children focused on guiding children’s behavior through positive discipline strategies.
The session will help families better understand the factors that influence children’s behavior, while offering practical tools to encourage healthy, appropriate actions and build self-discipline. Participants will also learn a variety of positive discipline techniques they can use at home.
The workshop will be held in person on Monday, April 13 at 6 p.m. at St. John’s Community Preschool, located at 22 St. John’s Street in Monticello. The session will be facilitated by EPIC representative Elisa Mendels.
