Week 1 (September 1–5)

  • Tuesday: Conference Day – NO Students

  • Wednesday: Conference Day – NO Students

  • Thursday: Chicken Bites with Sweet Potato Fries and Peas

  • Friday: Pasta and Meatballs with Red Sauce, Steamed Broccoli


Week 2 (September 8–12)

  • Monday: Cheeseburgers on a WG Bun, Tater Tots

  • Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan with Garlic Breadstick, Roasted Broccoli

  • Wednesday: Beef Soft Tacos with Fiesta Rice, Black Beans, Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Sour Cream

  • Thursday: Cheese Omelet, Sausage Patty, English Muffin, Zesty Breakfast Potatoes

  • Friday: Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Rice, Garlic Green Beans, Chow Mein Noodles


Week 3 (September 15–19)

  • Monday: Philly Cheesesteak on a Sub Roll, American White Cheese, Sautéed Onions and Peppers, Mixed Vegetable Blend

  • Tuesday: Roasted Pork Loin with Sauerkraut, Applesauce, Mashed Potatoes, Onions, Onion Rye Bread, Glazed Carrots

  • Wednesday: Bone-in Chicken with Rice, Kale Apple Salad, Gravy

  • Thursday: NY Thursday – Sabrett Hot Dogs on a Bun, Roasted Potatoes and Onions

  • Friday: Pizza with Tossed Romaine Salad, Roasted Chickpeas


Week 4 (September 22–26)

  • Monday: General Tso’s Chicken with Garlic Ginger Rice, Steamed Broccoli

  • Tuesday: MCSD CLOSED

  • Wednesday: Chicken Bites, Potato Wedges, Maple Glazed Carrots

  • Thursday: Lasagna Roll Ups, Caesar Salad, Sautéed Zucchini and Squash

  • Friday: BBQ Pulled Pork, Watermelon Cucumber Salad with Feta, Corn Bread, Baked Potato


Week 5 (September 29–October 3)

  • Monday: Bosco Sticks with Warm Marinara, Francaise Vegetables

  • Tuesday: Hot Ham and Cheese on a Pretzel Bun with Tomato Soup and Crackers, Tossed Salad

  • Wednesday: Greek Marinated Chicken Thigh with Pita, Israeli Salad, Tzatziki, Lemon Dill Couscous

  • Thursday: MCSD CLOSED

  • Friday: Mac and Cheese with or without Ham, Seasoned Peas


All meals include Fresh or Canned Fruit, and Milk.
