Grounding Techniques
At Guidance, we celebrate students who show up, work hard, and stay committed to their goals.
Grounding techniques can help when you are feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed.
These simple tools use your senses, movement, and focus to help calm your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment. As we enter the holiday season, remember to use these techniques for support.
