On Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., our virtual parent-teacher conferences will take place. This year, we are utilizing Microsoft Bookings to provide you with an opportunity to sign up for a 10-minute time slot to talk with your student’s teacher via Microsoft Teams.
- Click on this link to go to the Microsoft Bookings page for Parent-Teacher Conferences: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/MonticelloCentralSchoolDistrict1@MonticelloCSD.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
- Select the teacher you want to meet with. Microsoft Bookings does not have a feature to sort everyone alphabetically so you will have to scroll through to find the person you are looking for.
- Once you have selected the teacher you want to meet with, select an available time slot.
Fill in your details including your name and email. Please include your student’s name in the “Notes” section.
After you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the meeting you scheduled.
If the teacher you want to meet with does not have an available time slot, please reach out to the teacher directly to set up a discussion during the school day to discuss your student’s achievement.
