- Tuesday: Chicken Nuggets with Vegetable Pasta Salad and Glazed Carrots
- Wednesday: Mojo Chicken with Whole Grain Tortilla, Spanish Rice, and Garlic Zucchini
- Thursday: Cheeseburger on Whole Grain Bun, Baked Beans, Potato Wedges, and Pickle Spears
- Friday: Assorted Pizzas with Kale Salad and Mixed Vegetables
Week 2 (Feb 10 – Feb 14)
- Monday: Bosco Sticks with Marinara, Cucumber Salad, and Baby Carrots
- Tuesday: Breakfast Lunch (Egg Patty, Sausage, Seasoned Potatoes, and English Muffin)
- Wednesday: Beef or Vegetarian Chili with Rice, Cheddar Cheese, Cornbread, and Coleslaw
- Thursday: Assorted Pizzas with Caesar Salad and Green Beans
- Friday: Conference Day (No Students)
Week 3 (Feb 17 – Feb 21)
- Monday: No School (Presidents’ Day)
- Tuesday: Chicken Patty on Whole Grain Bun, Savory Vegetable Rice, and Roasted Broccoli
- Wednesday: Fish and Chips with Potato Wedges, Malt Vinegar, Coleslaw, and Baby Carrots
- Thursday: Roast Turkey and Gravy, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Corn, and Dinner Roll
- Friday: Assorted Pizzas with Tossed Salad and Assorted Veggie Sticks
Week 4 (Feb 24 – Feb 28)
- Monday: Chicken Tenders with Tater Tots and Mixed Vegetables
- Tuesday: Baked Beef Shepherd’s Pie with Cheesy Mashed Potato Topping, Honey Roasted Carrots, and Breadsticks
- Wednesday: Chicken Fajita with Whole Grain Tortilla, Roasted Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Spanish Rice, and Corn
- Thursday: Baked Macaroni and Cheese (with or without Ham), Peas, Carrots, and Kale Salad with Apple Vinaigrette
