Week 1 (April 28 – May 2)

- Tuesday: Breakfast for Lunch! WG Biscuit with Strawberry Sauce, Cheese Omelet, Sliced Ham, Zesty Sweet and White Potatoes, Orange Wedges
- Wednesday: Roasted Seasoned Chicken Thighs, Arugula Lemon Pesto Pasta Salad, Peas

Week 2(May 5th-9th)
- Monday: Build your own Taco! Seasoned Beef, Black Beans, Refried Beans, Crisp Romaine, Cheddar, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Guacamole, Arroz Con Queso, Salsa, Black Olives, Sour Cream
- Tuesday: Chefs Choice- Dependent on building
- Wednesday: Baked BuƯalo Chicken and Rice Bowl with Celery Sticks, Ranch or Blue Cheese for Dipping and Tostitos
- Thursday: Build your own Baked Potato! Bacon, Cheese Sauce, Broccoli, Green Onion, Sour Cream, Seasoned Beef, Dinner Roll
- Friday: Assorted Pizza Choices, Caesar Salad, Roasted Zucchini and Squash
Week 3(May 12th- 16th)
- Monday: Bone-In Chicken Thighs w/ Gravy, StuƯing, and a side of Garlic Green Beans
- Tuesday: Cowboy Burger with BBQ Sauce, Sauteed Mushrooms, Onions, and a side of Spiced Yams
- Wednesday: Mac and Cheese with Seasoned Peas

Week 4 (May 19th-23rd)

- Wednesday: Beef Tacos on a soft shell with Black Beans and Rice

- Wednesday: Pasta with Meat Sauce served with a side of Italian Vegetable Blend
- Thursday: Turkey and Gravy with Fresh Sweet Potatoes and Seasoned Peas
- Friday: Assorted Pizza Choices and Three Bean Salad
