Week 1 (October 1–3)

  • Wednesday: Greek Marinated Chicken Thigh with Pita, Israeli Salad, Tzatziki, Lemon Dill Couscous

  • Thursday: MCSD CLOSED

  • Friday: Mac and Cheese (with or without Ham), Seasoned Peas

Week 2 (October 6–10)

  • Monday: Chicken Tenders, Coleslaw, Confetti Corn

  • Tuesday: Pasta with Meat Sauce, Cucumber Salad

  • Wednesday: Pulled Chicken Nachos with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream, Black Beans, Rice

  • Thursday: Western Frittata with Peppers, Onions, Ham, Cheese, Hashbrowns, Biscuit

  • Friday: Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese; Sauces: Honey Mustard, BBQ; Caesar Salad

Week 3 (October 13–17)

  • Monday: MCSD CLOSED

  • Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Bowl with Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Cheddar, Gravy, Cornbread

  • Wednesday: Stuffed Shells with Marinara Sauce, Tossed Salad

  • Thursday: Chicken Stir Fry with Oriental Vegetables, Rice, Chow Mein Noodles

  • Friday: Meatball Heroes with Mozzarella Cheese, Seasoned Peas

Week 4 (October 20–24)

  • Monday: Cheeseburger on a Pretzel Bun with Swiss or Cheddar Cheese, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Coleslaw

  • Tuesday: Cheese Baked Ziti, Roasted Zucchini & Squash, Three Bean Salad

  • Wednesday: Sweet Chili Meatballs, Savory Rice, Steamed Broccoli

  • Thursday: NY Thursday – Maple BBQ Chicken, Kale Salad with Apple Vinaigrette, Baked Potatoes, Harvest Cookies

  • Friday: Assorted Pizza Choices, Carrot Sticks

Week 5 (October 27–31)

  • Monday: Meatball Heroes, Balsamic Tomato Salad

  • Tuesday: Tacos with Soft Shell, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Sour Cream, Refried Beans, Cheese, Rice

  • Wednesday: Breakfast for Lunch – Waffles, House-Made Strawberry Sauce, Sausage Links, Hash Browns

  • Thursday: Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches with Horseradish Cream, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Dinner Roll

  • Friday: Buffalo Chicken Rice Bake, Tostitos, Celery & Carrot Sticks with Ranch
