Sugar, spice and everything holiday nice was on full display on Friday, Dec. 15 at the first St. John Street Community Preschool Holiday Event. In collaboration with the Every Person Influences Children (EPIC) program, SJS Preschool families gathered in the school gym where they enjoyed an evening full of festive activities and delicious treats, including holiday bingo, cookies, holiday music and hot chocolate.

A first for the school, the SJS Preschool Holiday Event drew a total of 157 attendees; cheerful laughs and bright smiles could be seen throughout the night as families reveled in the holiday fun. Before the event concluded, EPIC provided attendees with a special “Take Home Project,” a gingerbread house kit! Families were encouraged to create their own gingerbread houses at home and submit a photo to EPIC for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card. More importantly, the project gave families an opportunity to spend quality time together at home and bond over a charming holiday-themed activity.

Thank you to all families that attended and Happy Holidays!
