Academy of Finance students visit NYC’s financial district

On Thursday May 9, 2024, the Academy of Finance Accounting students visited Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) for the annual New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA’s) career day. Students spent the morning learning about the different career paths of an accountant. Then students took a tour of the PwC offices.
That afternoon, AOF students took the subway to the financial district and were able to take in the sights of the stock exchange, the raging bull and even got a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty.
