Builders Club members donate gifts for families in need

December 8, 2014

At a recent meeting of the Robert J. Kaiser's Builders Club, members show off their Project Cares Santas. The program is run by EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) and the United Way, to ensure that children whose families are financially stressed will still receive holiday gifts.

While the Project Cares main support comes from the district's bighearted teachers and staff, these generous students are stepping up to buy gifts as well. EPIC will deliver the unwrapped presents to the United Way, and parents will pick up the gifts and have the pleasure of wrapping them.
