"Genre" flowers decorate the hallway

April 1, 2014

K-5 Cooke students made GENRE flowers to welcome spring after the long, cold winter. Students chose their favorite book genre and colored a flower petal representing the genre. Students then worked with Librarian Julia Serrano, Clerk Cecely McCoy and Grandparent Dorothy Ackerson to add the details to the wall display.
