Monticello is represented at ‘I Have A Dream’ Talent Show at Bethel Woods

Monticello Central School District was well represented at the auditions for the 2nd annual “I Have A Dream” Talent Show hosted by Bethel Woods and presented by Dream Tank. Although the competition was fierce and came from all districts in Sullivan County, more than half of the finalists selected are from our district. They will compete at the finals on April 13.

Our Monticello finalists are Vincent Van Lowe, Julia Wysokinska, Morris Germanm, Becky Salerno, Sofia Trevisani, Janah Quinones, Ulijah Reynolds, Caitlin McGar, Jalil Jones, Naim Warner and Eli Reyes.

Some of our Monticello finalists are currently students involved in our My Brother’s Keeper Program (MBK), MHS Chamber Music Program, and Dream Tank Program. We have MCSD students from all age groups, elementary, middle, and high school. All worked very hard to make it into this competition. The first place winner will take home $1,000 and a Bethel Woods performance opportunity.

The final competition will be held at Bethel Woods on Saturday, April 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. Come support our students in this major county-wide event. Doors open at 4 p.m.

Last year Monticello had more than 300 family members, friends, teachers, and administrators come out to show support for our young people. All are welcome and tickets are free. Go to BethelWoodsCenter.org/TalentShow to register for tickets.

Here is a sneak preview of the amazing talent at the auditions. See you at the show!
