Join us for Panther Pride 2019

The Monticello Central School District will host its annual Panther Pride celebration on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 to kick off the 2019-20 school year.

Beginning at 10 a.m., the Panther Pride Ride will take off, with district staff, students and the MCSD mascot, Monti the Panther, traveling throughout the community in a yellow school bus to welcome back students and pass out school supplies and other goodies.

At 1 p.m., the community is invited to the high school for the Welcome Back BBQ to enjoy a free BBQ lunch, giveaways, live music, games and activities; and to cheer on the Panthers during the first home football game of the season.

The Pride Ride’s schedule of stops is below. Please be advised that these times are approximate; actual times may be slightly earlier or later due to traffic, road conditions and crowd size. The district will announce any delays, cancellations or schedule changes live on its Facebook page during the event. In the case of inclement weather, the rain date will be on Sept. 21.
