District partnering with TutorMe to provide 24/7 tutoring for students in grades 6-12

The Monticello Central School District has partnered with TutorMe to provide live, online tutoring around the clock for all students in grades 6-12. With TutorMe, students will be able to connect with a live, highly-qualified tutor in less than a minute for assistance in more than 300 subjects.

In addition to live tutoring, students also have access to the writing lab, where they may upload papers or thesis for feedback within 12 hours. Watch the video below for an overview of the writing lab.

 

How do I access TutorMe? 

Students in grades 6-12 can access TutorMe via Classlink.

Step 1:

Log into Classlink and click on TutorMe

Step 2:

Click “Connect with a Live Tutor”

Step 3:

Type a subject in the subject bar

Step 4:

Write a short description of the assignment. You can use this sentence, “I am a __ grader, and I need help with my [subject name] homework.” Click submit

In the waiting room, click “Enter Lesson”

In the lesson space, turn on your microphone and/or camera (if you prefer)
