If you are moving and your child needs transportation, you will
need to provide us with a “Proof of Address Change” such as a:
• Current, signed lease;
• Driver’s license with current physical address;
• Voter registration card; or
• Service bill from your gas, oil, or electric company.
You will need to give a copy of these documents to the main
office of your child’s school. Transportation will be arranged
for your child within three (3) work days of our notification.

Para poder garantizarle transportación desde su nueva residencia
necesitamos que nos mande los siguientes documentos:
Prueba de su nueva residencia. Por ejemplo: Contracto firmado
del alquiler, licencia de manejar con dirección, registracion
para votar, cuentas como las del gas, aceite o el recibo de
electricidad.
Necesitamos hacer una copia de cualquiera de esos documentos en
la oficina principal. La transportación comienza tres después
que obtengamos su información.
