Fifth-graders at Emma C. Chase Elementary graduate from DARE program

Fifth-grade students from Emma C. Chase Elementary School celebrated their graduation from the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program on March 17, 2016. DARE seeks to empower children to make positive choices. Students were asked to submit an essay on what they had learned through the program and nine students received a medal, and a day of fun courtesy of the Villa Roma resort.
