Get your body into the groove at the Interact Zumbathon!

The Monticello High School Interact Club will host a two hour Zumbathon on Friday, Nov. 20 from 2:15-4:15 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. The Zumbathon will raise money for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Zumba is a form of aerobic exercise mixed with low intensity and high intensity moves for interval-style dance fitness party. The Zumbathon will be instructed by licensed and certified Zumba instructors from Studio Ayo in Middletown and Fitness Factory in Monticello, NY.

Tickets are on sale now and will be available at the door. The cost is $10 for adults; $5 for students. If you’re interested in buying a ticket, please e-mail lcohen@k12mcsd.net or stop by her classroom (room 110 in the Monticello High School).
