Monticello CSD Board of Education chooses superintendent candidate

July 24, 2014

At a special meeting of the Monticello Central School District Board of Education on July 24, board members agreed on a candidate for the position of superintendent of schools and have entered into contract negotiations with this individual. Once the agreement has been finalized, the board of education will hold a special meeting to appoint the new superintendent.

“The board would like to thank all of the community members and members of our faculty and staff who have participated in this process. Feedback from these individuals was invaluable as we worked toward making our final decision,” Board of Education President Stacey Sharoff said.

Details will be released immediately following the special meeting of the board.
