United Way of Sullivan County offers confidential information and referral service

What Is United Way’s 2-1-1?
2-1-1 is the national abbreviated dialing code for free access to health and human services information and referral. 2-1-1 makes it possible for people in need to navigate the complex and ever-growing maze of human services’ agencies and programs. 2-1-1 is an efficient, easy-to-use, confidential information and referral service.

Callers are connected to a trained specialist at United Ways' Regional Call Center, who can provide vital information about health and human service programs available in our community. Assistance is offered seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and offers free, multi-lingual information and referral on a wide variety of issues such as food banks, shelters, clothing closets, heat and rent assistance, substance abuse, domestic violence and more.
