Cooke's Trunk or Treat a BIG Success!

more than 600 people attend first annual Halloween family fun night

The George L. Cooke Elementary School hosted its 1st annual Halloween Family Fun Night. More than 600 parents, students and family members attended this fun-filled evening.

This “Safe” Trick or Treat event consisted of:

• A “Trunk or Treat” hosted by the Cooke School teachers;
• Trick or Treating with Community agencies in the multi-purpose room;
• Halloween costume parade/contest hosted by EPIC;
• Halloween games and a Haunted Forest walk hosted by the YMCA; and
• Popcorn provided by the Boys & Girls Club.

Many thanks to all the volunteers including the Monticello High School students, Key Club members, Sullivan County YMCA, EPIC, and the Sullivan County Youth Bureau for making this event a true success.
