Hannah Pienkowski receives honorable mention in poster contest

Hannah Pienkowski, a fifth grade student in Melanie Hector’s class at Cooke Elementary School, received a certificate and ribbon for honorable mention for her entry in the Recovery Center 19th Annual County-Wide Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling & Drug Abuse Poster Contest.

This year's theme was “The Places You Will Go.” On April 19, Hannah was joined by teacher Melanie Hector, Art Teacher Amy Garrett, EPIC Coordinator Jane Sorenson, her parents and classmates for an award ceremony at the Sullivan County Government Center.
