Helping build the RJK gardenStudents, community build "The Garden of Eatin" at RJK

May 15, 2013

On May 11, students, teachers and volunteers from the community built an edible garden at the Robert J. Kaiser Middle School.

The garden was constructed with materials supplied by The Catskill Mountain Keepers, The Green Village Initiative, and Sullivan Renaissance.

In addition to the donation of materials, these organizations will provide support, technical assistance and design staff.

The garden will be used to grow food for children in Sullivan County who receive lunch during the summer months. Lots of equipment was used to build the garden
