Sled Race Helps Build Team Spirit Among District Administrators

February 28, 2013

Several Monticello School District administrators took part in the sled race segment at the recent Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce Family Fun Day event.

Led by Superintendent of Schools Daniel A. Teplesky, the Monticello sled team built and raced its bright yellow school-bus-style sled in support of the young professionals group, YEL!

The preparation for the event provided the district administrators a great team-building activity. And, after the snow cleared on the below-freezing day, the Monticello team proudly claimed fourth place.
