Message from FEMA

February 11, 2013

On December 20th, 2012, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) launched the Neighborhood Task Force Initiative (NTFI) to reach out to individuals and communities in the Lower Hudson Valley still affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Schools are an integral part of a community and are poised to help identify families or neighborhoods that might need FEMA help or a referral to our partners with voluntary organizations active in the disaster.

If you are aware of any households that still have unmet needs due to Hurricane Sandy, please provide them the contact email information below so they may discuss any of their concerns with us.

We value your input as local citizens and leaders within the community. Working together may ensure your families and communities are getting the assistance they need. Thank you.

Sincerely, Neighborhood Task Force Initiative Committee
