Membership in the MHS Student Council is open to any student in the High School.  All students are welcome to attend all regular meetings. Announcement of meeting dates is made via the PA. Student Council generally meets twice a month on Thursday afternoons in Room 221. Students are encouraged to bring any school governance issues to these meetings for discussion.

Student Council’s two major activities are the Thanksgiving Food Drive and Holiday Toy Drive.  These two community service projects put approximately $4,000 back into our community and help over 100 families each during the holiday season. Students can apply in October to be part of these very worthwhile activities. Listen to the announcements for the start of these activities!!
