Welcome to our community!
So you're new to the Monticello area? You've made a great choice! Whether you are a fan of the outdoors, shopping, or sports, you will find yourself busy in this exciting place of New York State.

On these pages you will find a ton of information to acclimate you to the schools and the town.

Pupil Registration Information
Pupil registration will take place throughout the school year at the office of Pupil Personnel Services, located at 148 Wood Avenue, Monticello, New York. These offices are located in the lower level of Monticello High School. Persons wishing to enroll their child in any of the Monticello schools, are asked to call 794-0128 and schedule an appointment with the district registrar. This includes families who are residing with relatives in the district.

In order to facilitate the registration process, parents must bring documentation which verifies proof of residency. This can include: a driver's license showing current physical address, current rent receipt showing family name and physical address, current service bill from gas, oil or electric showing family name and the address where the service is delivered to (not the mailing address,) current voter registration card or a current lease signed by the tenant and the landlord. Mortgage statements are not accepted as proof of residence.

An appropriate birth certificate, an up-to-date immunization record, and social security card must also be provided.
