KLR to participate in Lee National Denim Day
On October 6, KLR will participate in Lee National Denim Day, where participants where jeans and donate money to help benefit the fight against breast cancer.
The funds collected are used for groundbreaking early detection research, as well as local community breast cancer education and service programs. Please consider donating the money you would spend on a new pair of jeans to support the fight against breast cancer and join us by wearing your favorite pair of jeans on October 6th.
Hopefully, you don't know anyone with breast cancer. But how many women do you know. One in eight women will be diagnosed in her lifetime. Before you spend you next paycheck, think about the more than 8,000 people that will be diagnosed with breast cancer. In, fact, it is estimated that nearly 200,000 Americans will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011. You can help by taking part in Lee national Denim Day on October 6.
