Vice President Robert Rosengard called the meeting to order at 5 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION 5:0 Upon motion by Jacob Billig, seconded by Susan Horton, the Board went into Executive Session at 5:02 P.M. to discuss
personnel items.

6:0 Upon motion by Jacob Billig, seconded by Richard Feller, the Board returned to regular session at 5:28 P.M. .

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RESULTS OF MAY 16, 2006 BUDGET VOTE C1a

Upon motion by Susan Horton, seconded by Robert Stewart, the Board of Education approved the attached official budget results for the May 16, 2006 budget vote.

7:0 Upon motion by Richard Feller, seconded by Susan Horton, the Board approved the motion to revise the agenda to include an action item on adopting a revised budget for 2006-07.

7:0 Upon motion by Susan Horton, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board adopted a revised budget in the amount of $63,354,365.

7:0 Upon motion by Susan Horton, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board approved a separate proposition for 4 – 72 passenger re-placement buses at a cost of $376,000.
