Also Present: Eileen P. Casey, Superintendent of Schools
Robert Falcone, Assistant Superintendent
Gladys P. Baxter, School Business Official


Vice President VanEtten called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.


EXECUTIVE SESSION B
5:0 Upon motion by Robert Rosengard, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board went into Executive Session at 6:30 P.M. to discuss negotiation parameters for the teachers. John Donoghue, School Attorney was present.


5:0 Upon motion by Susan Horton, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board came out of Executive Session at 7:30 P.M.


ADJOURNMENT C
5:0 Upon motion by Robert Rosengard, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
