President Feller called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION 8:0 Upon motion by Robert Rosengard, seconded by Susan Horton, the Board went into Executive Session at 6:02 P.M. to discuss personnel items.

8:0 Upon motion by Robert Rosengard, seconded by Jacob Billig, the Board returned to regular session at 6:50 P.M.

APPROVAL OF SULLIVAN COUNTY BOCES BUDGET C1a

Upon motion by Alyce VanEtten, seconded by Susan Horton, the Board approved the 2005-2006 BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $1,404,475.

APPROVAL OF BOCES BOARD MEMBERS C1b
9:0 Upon motion by Jacob Billig, seconded by Vivian Liff, the Board voted to elect Matthew Frumess, Edward Furchak, Jr., and Norman Sutherland to the positions of members of the Sullivan County BOCES Board, each for a term of three years.


MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT

9:0 Upon motion by Eugene Nesin, seconded by John Pavese, the Board of Education approved the attached Memorandum of Agreement for the Transportation Department.
