1. RESIGNATION: Mr. George Vanderzell, Director of Smaller Learning Communities, wishes to resign effective November 23, 2006.

2. LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Ms. Susan Bertorelli, English Teacher at RJK Middle School,
was granted a leave of absence due to illness effective October 30, 2006 to January 5, 2007 at the December 7, 2006 Board Meeting. She is now requesting that her leave be extended to April 11, 2007.

3. CHILD CARE LEAVE: Ms. Kathryn Riley, Grade 4 Teacher at Rutherford School, requests a child care leave effective March 1, 2007 to May 4, 2007. Ms. Riley is entitled to use up to 40 days of her accumulated sick leave for this child care leave.

4. LEAVE OF ABSENCE: Mrs. Amy Ross, Special Education Teacher at the High School, was granted an unpaid leave to January 3, 2007. She is now requesting an unpaid leave to June 26, 2007.

5. APPOINTMENT: Mr. David Budinich, as School Monitor at a salary of $10 per hour
appointment date effective November 27, 2006.

6. APPOINTMENT: Mr. Joseph Liseski, as School Monitor at a salary of $10 per hour
appointment date effective December 14, 2006.

7. TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT: Ms. Sandra Goodman as Special Education Teacher at a salary of $37,561 effective January 4, 2007 to June 26, 2007.
