Each school in the district provides school lunch services, including wholesome hot lunches at a reasonable cost to students.  These services are provided in each building when school is in session a whole day.  

In addition to the regular lunch in the Middle and High Schools, a variety of a la carte items, including sandwiches, salads, desserts, and other foods, is available on a daily basis. School menus are printed every two weeks.  They are distributed to the students to take home for their parents' information. Menus are also posted on this web site. Students may bring their own lunches as well.

For 2005-06, the price for lunches are $1.50 in the High School & Middle School and $1.40 in Elementary. Milk is $.40.* The price for breakfast is $1.00. For convenience, we offer parents the option to prepay for lunches only.

Eligibility for free and reduced price meal applications are sent to all parents before the beginning of school.  Applications must be submitted by October 1st.  If you have any questions or concerns about the school lunch program contact Kathy Kelley, Food Service Manager at 794-8466 or your school principal.

* Effective March 6, 2006 whole white milk has been eliminated from the students' lunch menu. This is one step in the school district's effort to reduce the fat in the students’ diet.
