Waste Reduction Program: Save the earth! We need volunteers to monitor recycling during periods 6 and 7 lunch. Please sign up with Mr. Hannes in room 122; we are operating on a first come, first serve basis.
Blood Drive: There will be a blood drive in the high school auditorium on Friday, April 28th from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please stop by guidance to sign-up; students 16 years of age, who are donating blood, please pick up a parent permission form, have it signed by your parent and bring it at the time of donation.
Boys & Girls Club: Boys and Girls Club has several upcoming trips, including Dillon Park community clean up, Sullivan County Community College, YMCA beat the streets, Mets game. See Ms. Anderson, Mr. Mabee or Mr. Palmer with your questions. Permission slips are in the main office.
Tri-M Music Honor Society: The Tri-M Music Honor Society is fundraising by selling candy bars after school in room 501.
Juniors: Attention juniors! The June SAT deadline is quickly approaching. Please sign up in the guidance office with Ms. McIlroy by Tuesday, May 9th.
Class of 2019: The Volleyball Tournament scheduled for Saturday, April 29th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the high school gym is open to the public; cost is $5:00 per person. You may sign up in the cafeteria during periods 6 and 7. The winner of this tournament will be awarded a prize.
Library: The library will be closed today for periods 1, 2 and 6.
Sophomore: Attention sophomores! The New York East Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Seminar has worked diligently at inspiring and empowering young people to make a difference in our community. Take part in their leadership seminar June 2nd to June 4th at SUNY Oneonta. To be considered see Ms. McIlroy in guidance by Monday, May 1st at 8:00 am.
